      How To Play

      Basic Rules

      • Each player gets 10 random number cards plus Steal, Any Number, Reshuffle, Bonus Time, Attack, Greedy, and Any Special Card power-ups
      • Build equations: Number + − × ÷ Number = Answer
      • Tap the operation slot to switch +, −, ×, or ÷ (does not end your turn)
      • Stack cards on one slot to make multi-digit numbers (1 then 2 = 12)
      • Place your answer on your turn — correct: +10, wrong: −10
      • Make a two-digit answer (10–99) for a +30 bonus — that is +40 points in total!
      • Make a three-digit answer (100–999) for a +80 bonus — that is +90 points in total!
      • You have 15 seconds per turn (change in Settings from the main menu)
      • Each match lasts 10 minutes — when time runs out, the player with the highest score wins

      Your Turn

      • Tap a card in your hand, then tap a slot to place it
      • Swipe your hand left or right if cards do not fit on screen
      • Place multiple cards each turn while the timer runs
      • Tap a filled slot on your turn: ↩ returns your cards; ✕ sends opponent's cards back to their hand
      • If you play no cards before the timer runs out, your turn ends automatically and you draw from the pile
      • Tap Draw to take a random card from the pile — costs −5 points and ends your turn (your score can go negative)

      Special Cards

      Each player starts with one of each special card alongside their number cards. After you use a power-up, that card is removed from your hand. Your turn keeps going until the timer runs out — you can still place numbers and score points.

      • Steal

        Tap Steal, then tap an opponent's number card to take it (special cards cannot be stolen). The stolen card joins your hand.

      • Any Number

        Tap Any Number, pick any number from 1 to 9 — it is added to your hand — then place it on any open equation slot.

      • Reshuffle

        Tap Reshuffle to discard all your number cards and receive 10 fresh random number cards from the draw pile. Power-ups and other cards stay in your hand.

      • Bonus Time

        Tap Bonus Time to add +30 seconds to your turn timer. Time Magic! Use it when you need extra time to build the perfect equation or place multiple cards.

      • Attack

        Tap Attack to strike your opponent and reduce their score by 10 points. Your turn keeps going — unleash it for a quick lead!

      • Greedy

        Tap Greedy to grab 10 new random number cards — they are added on top of the cards you already hold. More money, more cards!

      • Any Special Card

        Tap Any Special Card, then pick any other special card (Steal, Any Number, Reshuffle, Bonus Time, Attack, or Greedy) — it activates instantly. The ultimate wildcard!

      Game Modes

      • Play Local — 2 players share one phone; pass the device each turn
      • Play vs AI — Pick Easy, Medium, or Hard; AI is at the top, your cards at the bottom
      • Create / Join Lobby — Play online; sign up first, then share lobby code (and PIN if private)

      Account and gameplay data may be stored on our servers. We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when required by law or to operate core game features (such as showing your display name in a lobby or on the leaderboard).

      • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
      • One account should not be shared between multiple people
      • We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm other players

      Fair Play

      • Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt online matches
      • Do not use offensive display names or harass other players in lobbies
      • Follow the in-game rules and respect turn timers and match limits

      Online Play

      Online lobbies depend on network connectivity and server availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Disconnects during a match may affect scores or match results.

      Intellectual Property

      Math King artwork, logo, cards, sounds, and game design belong to the project owners. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission otherwise.

      Disclaimer

      The game is provided "as is" for educational entertainment. We do not guarantee error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game.

      Changes

      We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
